The Parish Centre provides a venue for a wide range of Parish activities and social events and is also home to the Parish Shop. The Centre is an ideal location for small conferences, business meetings, small wedding receptions, celebrations of Baptism and Holy Communion and all other types of family and social get togethers.
Parish groups can use all our facilities for free. We levy a charge on other users to cover our running costs and to fund our programme of improvements and general refurbishments.
Inside, the ground floor features a large coffee shop, fully functional kitchen and accessible toilet. The coffee shop is ideally suited for small conferences or business meetings with a large projection screen and good sound facilities.
Outside, there is a large paved area with seating ideal as a breakout area or as a play area for children.
Upstairs are four self contained rooms capable of hosting meetings of between 6 and 25 people. The rooms are suitable for a range of activities including conferences, interviews, society meetings and smaller scale activities. All the rooms have been extensively refurbished to meet Health & Safety standards. A large public car is located on the Downs Road within a short walking distance of the Centre. Some time limited on street parking is available at the front and side of the Centre.
